  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a guardian/parent.

2. Products & Orders

  • All products are listed with accurate details and images to the best of our ability.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders are confirmed only after verification via phone/WhatsApp.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, incorrect information, or suspicious activity.

3. Payments

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payments via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.

  • In case of COD order rejection at the doorstep without a valid reason, the customer will be permanently blocked from using COD payment option.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier services.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, typically 2–5 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days only with a valid reason.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days after product inspection.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Dynamic Autos is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or contact information.

  • Customers must inspect parcels at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Dynamic Autos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse or delayed delivery.

  • All products should be used as intended; any damage caused by improper use is not our responsibility.

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided is kept secure and used only to process your orders.

  • We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.
