Refund policy

At Dynamic Autos, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch, but in case of a genuine issue, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:

✅ Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • A valid reason must be provided (e.g., damaged product, wrong item delivered, or manufacturing defect).

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Customers must share clear pictures/videos of the issue via WhatsApp 0323-4735637 before the return request is approved.

✅ Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, you can choose between:

    • Replacement of the product, or

    • Refund (excluding delivery charges).

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

🚫 Important Notes

  • Change of mind is not a valid reason for return/refund.

  • Rejection of a Cash on Delivery (COD) parcel at the doorstep without a valid reason will result in a permanent block of COD payment option for that customer.

  • Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.
