Refund policy
At Dynamic Autos, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch, but in case of a genuine issue, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:
✅ Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

A valid reason must be provided (e.g., damaged product, wrong item delivered, or manufacturing defect).

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customers must share clear pictures/videos of the issue via WhatsApp 0323-4735637 before the return request is approved.
✅ Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, you can choose between:

Replacement of the product, or
-
Refund (excluding delivery charges).

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
🚫 Important Notes

Change of mind is not a valid reason for return/refund.

Rejection of a Cash on Delivery (COD) parcel at the doorstep without a valid reason will result in a permanent block of COD payment option for that customer.

Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.
